Lamb ribs have been growing in popularity over the past few years and rightly so. They have an amazing flavour and are great on the BBQ. For the best result boil them first for a couple of hours then finish them off on the BBQ with a sauce or glaze of your choice.
Serving Suggestion - 500 grams: 2 - 4 people
Cooking Suggestion - Pre heat oven to 150°C . Evenly space ribs in a single layer in oven tray, bake for 1½ hours or until tender and cooked through.
