Italian Meatballs just like Nonna used to make. A mix of Beef mince and a bit of McIvor Farm Pork mince for that extra flavour. Serve with a homemade sugo sauce, fresh pasta and grated parmesan cheese.
Our mighty meatballs are made with organic beef and beyond free-range pork mince, parmesan, parsley, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and buffered vinegar
Serving Suggestion 500g: 2 - 3 people
Cooking Suggestion - Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs, turning, for 5 minutes or until browned. Stir tomato paste into oil, add garlic, canned tomatoes, then return meatballs back into pan and top with chicken chicken stock until almost submegred, put lid on and simmer for half an hour and then cook with lid off for 20 mins to reduce sauce and then top with fresh basil and Parmesan.
