Recipes - Roast Lamb Leg with Kipfler Potatoes and Rosemary
Cooking Suggestion - Roast at 180 °C for 25-30 per 500grams. Allow approx 2 - 2.5 hours. Once the lamb leg reaches an internal temperature of 50 - 55°C, remove from the oven and leave to rest for 15 minutes or so. Carve and serve with the roast potatoes, mint sauce and some seasonal greens.

We love this easy to roast, tasty and tender cut. We dry make a garlic and oregano oil to baste with and then pop it in the Weber. Amazing stuff.
