Classes

At Hagens, we know meat.

We know the best farmers and we work closely with them to guarantee the highest quality product. We know what they feed their animals and we know that they treat them well. In this class we hope to pass on our many years of experience in meat and organics. We will demonstrate how the animal broken down into its primal cuts, whilst at the same time explaining different uses for each cut of meat. Then it will then be your turn to pick up a knife and prepare your own cut of meat.

This is a "hands on class" and the classes are limited to 8 people with 2 butchers to watch over and guide you. You will take home the meat that you butcher on the night whilst also getting a meal at the end of the class matched with the appropriate beer.

Due to popular demand, we are now able to offer people butchery class vouchers, these make an excellent gift for Xmas, mothers day, fathers day etc! With 12 months to use until expiry there's no reason to worry about dates.
