How does the order come?
The order comes in a sustainable cardboard box with a woolcool liner the meat is cryovaced where possible and has a reusable ice pack inside.
What happens if I’m not home when my delivery comes?
If you are not home when your delivery arrives and there is no suitable place to leave it we will continue with our delivery run and will be in contact with you regarding a new delivery time. There is a $10 fee for any redelivery.
What is considered to be a suitable place if not home?
A suitable place is considered to be an esky. If you are not far away and feel comfortable with us leaving the box on the door step or somewhere away from street view that is fine but on own customer discretion. If this is what you’d like to do, please either leave this note in the notes section on the check out page, or email email@example.com.
What happens if I need to change my delivery address or allocated delivery day?
If you need to change your delivery address or day please get in contact with our office on 9428 2471 or email firstname.lastname@example.org by 2pm the day prior to your original allocated delivery day.
What happens if my meat comes and there is something missing or a product isn’t quite right?
If this happens please make sure you get in contact with our office on 9428 2471 or email email@example.com. All orders are packed by hand and double checked before being sent out, but sometimes mistakes happen. We will always do our best to fix those mistakes as soon as possible.
What do I do if a product I need isn’t available on the website?
If this happens please make sure you get in contact with our office on 9428 2471 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are placing an order online and have other items in your cart, place the order as usual. Include in the notes section the product you need and we will inform you as soon as possible whether the item is available.
If I’ve selected a time for delivery and my order has not arrived in that time slot what should I do?
We will always try and make sure your order comes within the allocated time slot however due to traffic sometimes we may be a little late or a little early. If this happens, we will try to let you know as soon as we know. Or you can get in contact with our office on 9428 2471 or email email@example.com.
What happens if when I enter my postcode in at check out a notice appears that delivery is not available in my area?
There are so many postcodes in melbourne sometimes we may have missed one. If this happens please make sure you get in contact with our office on 9428 2471 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then let you know if we do deliver to that area.
