HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Choose from our range of organic, beyond free-range and house-made products. Bespoke and memorable condiments and accompaniments from our favourite makers have also been selected by the Hagen’s family to best match the meals you’re making at home. Gift certificates and reusable Hagen’s cooler bags can also be purchased online.
2. Select your delivery or pick up day. If 'pick up’ is selected please choose the Hagen’s store you would like to visit to collect your goods. If ‘delivery’ is selected please choose your most convenience delivery time, either 10am - 2pm or 1pm - 5pm.
3. Our team then packs your order with care and precision. If you order items we have sold out of or is seasonally unavailable, we will be in contact with you before your delivery. Items are vacuumed sealed for freshness and food safety.
4. Your order is then ready to go and will be available at your specified store or delivered to your address (whether it’s home or work!).
Once delivered we advise customers to place their product into the fridge or freezer. Please be extra conscious of this during the warmer months.
For Deliveries, you must order before 10am the previous day to receive next day delivery. To check your available delivery day please visit our postcode check here
We offer free delivery on all orders over $100 in value. Otherwise all deliveries will incur a $10 delivery fee.
If you are not home, and there is not suitable place for us to leave your order, then it WILL NOT BE DELIVERED due to health and safety risks.
Any re-delivery required due to these terms not being met will incur a re-delivery charge of $10.
