Our sausages are made traditional recipes and have a ratio of 3/4 meat and 1/4 natural fat. This ratio allows for a succulent tasty sausage, that sizzled when cooked and won't dry out. All natural skins, our thin sausages are made with lamb intestines and the thick are hog intestines.
