Artisan Spaghetti


Hand selected, premium semolina is kneaded at length into a dough which is then pushed through a bronze extrusion. The pasta is then dried at low temperates for up to 60 hours. The bronze extrusions leave a rough texture on the pasta which helps the adhesion of the pasta sauce. 

Try serving with home made beef bolognese and freshly grated parmesan cheese!
