Our Boudin Blanc Sausage is made up of a mix of pork and chicken. It is a French style sausage which is rich and has a creamy and light texture. It's seasoned with parmesan, parsley and capers.

Serving Suggestion  - 250g: 2 people

Cooking Suggestion -  The traditional method is to gently simmer until warm throughout (approx 10 minutes) and then peel, or the non-traditional method is to gently simmer until warm throughout (approx 10 minutes) and once cooked, grill on the BBQ.
