Our Cotechino Sausage is a an Italian style sausage which is also know as Pig's Head sausage. It's full of flavour and made from many parts of the pigs head to maximise flavour, including the cheek, jowl, skin and snout. These rich flavours are complimented with spices including nutmeg and cinnamon.
Serving Suggestion - 250g: 2 people
Cooking Suggestion - Simmer gently until warmed through, pan fry/sear to caramelise sausage skin.
