Easy carve Lamb leg Roast
Leg is one of the most popular cuts of lamb as it has that great flavour and invokes that nostalgia of the Sunday Roast. The bonus of having an Easy Carve is that our butchers have taken the leg bone out. This results in little to no waste for you as well as no need to navigate that tricky leg bone when carving. This is perfect for 4 to 5 people. It takes about 1.2 hours in a 180 degree pre-heated oven.
