The unique characteristic marbling of Berkshire pork makes these the juiciest and most flavourful cutlets around. Cut from the centre of the loin, these chops are a favourite for grilling, pan roasting or the BBQ.

Serving Suggestion  500 grams: 2 people

Cooking Suggestion - Place your cutlets on the bbq/pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side. Once browned, turn the cutlets on their side and get some nice colour on the fat cap. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
