Est. in 1943 and family owned. Heritage trees rely soley on natural rainfall and once picked, olives are cold pressed immediately producing a low yeild of ultra-premium olive oil - beautifully concentrated in flavour.
Their signature oil is a unique early harvest style with fruity, herbaceous flavours and subtle peppery finish. Pressed from olive varieties including the rare Verdale, Bouqettier and Mission, this oil is unfiltered and lovingly hand-bottled in small batches.
