Our Grass Fed Bresaola from De Palma Salumi is made from air-dried, salted topside beef which is slowly aged for three months. It's free range and is produced without the use of additives or hardeners. Bresaola is lean and tender, with a silky mouthfeel and nutty finish.
The Bresaola is a perfect addition for antipasto platters. We recommend that you leave out of fridge before eating to come to room temperature
