Our Ham Hocks are made by our own in-house small goods team, using delicious Beyond Free Range pork, sourced locally from McIvor Farm. and cured using a Traditional nitrate. 

Ham hocks are packed full of flavour and excellent value. Hocks can be cooked in a variety of ways and are often used in pea and ham soup.
