Our Lamb Shoulder Chops are full of flavour from the beautiful marbled fat that runs through them. They are so simple so cook and require less cooking time, compared to other cuts. Perfect for throwing on the barbecue or cooked in a cast iron pan.
Serving Suggestion - 500g: 2-3 people
Cooking Suggestion - Cook them on the BBQ or in a cast iron pan for around 3-4 mins per side. Best served a little pink.
