Our Chuck Steak is cut from the neck of the animal and is textured, fairly well-marbled and packed full of flavour.
The Chuck Steak is best slow cooked or braised, so that the meat has time to tenderise. We recommend browning it first until caramelised to impart as much flavour into your dish as possible.
If you are wanting diced beef for a faster cook, we would recommend purchasing lean diced beef
