The lamb backstrap is essentially the rack or loin off the bone. It is lean and amazingly tender with a subtle flavour. Lamb backstrap is perfect for a quick cook on the grill (left a little on the rare side) then sliced on the angle for the best presentation.

Serving Suggestion - 200 grams: 1 person

Cooking Suggestion -  Preheat barbecue or pan to medium-high heat, then cook lamb for 2-3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
