Our Rustichella d'Abruzzo Spaghetti is one of the last genuinely artisanal pasta producers in Italy. They begin with the highest grade of durum wheat to achieve the ideal balance of proteins, flavour and texture. Their pasta is dried at a lower temperature compared to your standard pasta, allowing for the flavour to fully develop, whist retaining shape during cooking.
