Scotch fillet roast is the Rib Eye off the bone. While it lacks some of the finesse of sirloin due to the nugget of fat running through it, it has bags of flavour and has become the firm favourite roast in recent years.

Worth every cent.

Was absolutely amazing, but I did slow cook on a weber BBQ with my own healthy marinade.

Mixed of all these certified organic ingredients to a nice consistancy: EVOO, Maple syrup, Wheat free Tamari, salt, pepper and then mixed in some crushed garlic. You can add some chilli too if you like it spicy.

Also looked amazing but I didn't take a photo.

Delicious.

We brought a huge scotch fillet for my birthday. We had it cut into steaks and bbq.

It was delicious and tender. I still get compliments to this day.
