In celebration of our launch of Wild Venison from Discovered Wildfoods, our head butcher David has created a unique flavour of sausages: Wild Venison, Bacon and Native Pepperberry.
Inspired from his childhood growing up in Germany & New Zealand, this recipe is a traditional one with an Aussie twist!
