We are excited to announce that we are now doing butchery classes out of our Richmond location. Classes are all beginner level with a maximum of 8 people per class. Cost is $275 per person per class which includes: A Hagens pack consisting of a bag, knife, apron and slash proof glove. All meat you cut is yours to take home on the night Learn about the meat and organics Demonstration breakdown of animal Hands on work Meal at the end of the class matched with an appropriate beer 10% any additional meat bought on the night.
