Store Manager David Howarth brings almost thirty years of butchering experience trained as a classic English butcher during his early career. David’s product knowledge and creative flare come out in his impressive window dressings, where he prepares and displays the meat to showcase in all its glory.

Front of house assistant Chloe is a passionate cook and knowledgeable about recipes for practically every cut in the window, Chloe and David make an unbeatable team.

Hagen’s Bentleigh stocks a range of products not sold in any other Hagen’s stores and includes a large range of condiments, jars of house-made products, cheeses and local and imported wine selection.
