Hagen's Deliveries
We deliver Victoria-wide, offering free delivery on orders over $150 and a $15 fee for orders under $150. All orders are transported in refrigerated vehicles and carefully packed with insulation and ice to keep your produce fresh from our butchery to your door, ensuring the same quality and care you’d find in-store. To check if we deliver to your area, simply add an item to your cart and enter your postcode in the delivery checker.
FREQUENTLY ASKED DELIVERY QUESTIONS
When placing your order, you can choose a delivery window of 7am–6pm or 12am–7am. Once your order is placed, it’s delivered by a third-party courier using refrigerated vehicles. From the moment your order leaves our facility until it reaches your door, it remains refrigerated at all times.
You’ll receive a text message the night before delivery with a 4-hour delivery window and a tracking link so you can follow the driver’s progress.
Orders arrive in a cardboard box lined with insulated wool and include a reusable ice pack. All meat is either cryovac or tray sealed to lock in freshness, and deliveries are made in refrigerated vehicles.
If you’re not home when your delivery arrives and there’s no safe place to leave it, the courier will continue their run and we’ll be in touch to arrange an alternative option. If a redelivery is required, a $15 redelivery fee will apply.
For overnight deliveries, the courier will deliver within the scheduled window. They won’t ring the doorbell and will aim to leave your order in a safe, secure spot.
If your order is stolen after delivery, please contact our customer service team and we’ll review what happened.
For overnight deliveries, or where incorrect delivery instructions were provided, responsibility rests with the customer and we’re unable to offer a replacement.
If your order was left in an unsuitable location or delivered to the wrong address, we’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution.
If you need to change your delivery address or allocated delivery day, please let us know before the delivery cut-off times:
• Sunday 11:59pm for deliveries Wednesday to Friday
• Wednesday 11:59pm for deliveries Saturday to Monday
Requests made outside these timeframes aren’t guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to help where possible. Please note our customer service line is not active over the weekend.
