Hagen’s Organics opened a store at Melbourne’s most iconic market, The Queen Victoria Market in 2001. Since this time we’ve developed a loyal following of central Melbourne customers who value locally sourced, ethical and organic meat.

Currently, the store is helmed by Jason Hamilton who with almost 30 years of butchering experience brings knowledge and product understanding to our community. With front-of-house assistant Erica around to meat and greet our customers with her friendly disposition and product knowledge built up over nearly 10 years of working with Hagen’s makes our customers feel like they’re in safe hands.
