Store Manager Peter Tsiboukis brings experience training as a butcher, as well as knowledge of sustainable seafood from working previously as a fishmonger. The store is filled with knowledgeable front-of-house assistants who are passionate about cooking and recipes for practically every cut in the window. Together, Pete and his team are ready to help you find the perfect cut for your next meal.
