Free Range Pork Shoulder on the Bone

A cut that looks after itself. Naturally marbled with a higher fat content, so the shoulder stays tender and deeply flavoured through a long, slow roast. Patience gets you melt-in-the-mouth meat and crackling that shatters.

The pork comes from a family-owned, free-range farm in Queensland. APIQ certified free range and carbon neutral. The pigs are raised without hormones or synthetic chemicals, on rotational grazing, with no sow stalls and no farrowing crates.

How many people does it feed
A 3kg piece serves 4 to 6. The shoulder loses more in the cooking than a leaner cut and it’s bone in, so allow around 500g per adult. Not sure on size? Ask us and we’ll talk it through.
