A restaurant quality steak that's beautifully marbled, providing a great depth of flavour. Otherwise known as a sirloin or striploin, it boneless and is super tender. Porterhouse is one of our most popular steak cuts, due to its versatility and great taste.

Place a grill or cast iron pan on the stove and get it smoking hot. Pop a little oil in the pan, to help the steaks caramelisation, and then go in with your steaks. Turn after 2-3 minutes for medium rare, cooking the other side for a further 2-3 minutes. Remove the steak and rest for 5-10 minutes.
