This Christmas, we’ve teamed up with RHUBI to create a limited-edition Ham Glaze that’s bold, bright, and full of festive flair. Infused with fresh rhubarb, citrus, spice, and botanicals, it strikes the perfect balance of sweet and tart, caramelising your ham into a golden, show-stopping centrepiece. Created in collaboration with the award-winning bartenders behind Sydney’s Bulletin Place, RHUBI is a modern take on the classic French Mistelle, crafted in Victoria with rhubarb, juniper, mandarin, and bitter citrus. Use it to glaze any of our Christmas hams and turn your feast into something truly unforgettable.
