Our Certified Organic, Free-Range, Grass-Fed Scotch Fillet Roast is rich, juicy, and full of flavour, the kind of roast that never fails to impress.

Cut from the rib eye off the bone, it’s beautifully marbled with a tender texture and that signature nugget of fat running through the centre. While it might not have the finesse of a sirloin, it more than makes up for it with incredible depth of flavour — which is exactly why it’s become a modern favourite for Christmas tables and Sunday feasts alike.

Recipes / Cooking Instructions +

Preheat oven to 200c. Sear in a hot pan before putting into the oven.

Rare 55c – 60c: For every 500g cook for 20 – 25 minutes.

Medium 65c – 70: For every 500g cook for 25 – 30 minutes.

Well done 75c: For every 500g cook for 30 – 35 minutes.

Important to rest after cooking.
