The hard work has been done with our Butterflied Lamb Leg Roasts. They're sourced from organically certified Saltbush Livestock and come immersed in our house-made Southern Greek marinade (free from preservatives). They come vacuum sealed to ensure freshness and are perfect thrown on the BBQ or roasted in the oven. 

Serving Suggestion  - 900g: 3-4 people

Cooking Suggestion - Preheat oven to 180°C, cook in a large oven pan with some liquid eg chicken stock, allow to cook for 45 mins.
