It’s made using organic, grass-fed and ethically-raised lamb from Southern Queensland. We’ve done the hard work for you, so after 45 minutes in the oven, you’ve got yourself an impressive centrepiece for your dinner party or an easy mid-week meal.

Cooking Suggestion - Preheat your oven to 180c. Remove lamb from its wrapping and place it on an oven safe tray or sit it on top of some roughly chopped brown onions and herbs. Heat for 45 minutes.
