Our Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder is hand trimmed by our skilled butchers and brinded and seasoned with a selection of fresh herbs and spices, before is slow cooked for 10 hours.
It’s made using certified organic, saltbush lamb from Bultarra Lamb. We’ve done the hard work for you, so after around 30 minutes in the oven, you’ve got yourself an impressive centrepiece for your dinner party or an easy mid-week meal.
Cooking Suggestion - Preheat your oven to 180c. Remove lamb from its vacuum bag and place it on an oven safe tray and cook for 30 minutes.
