Lemon Herb Baked Salmon

A super simple weeknight dinner we cook on repeat. Our Ora King Salmon has a flavour unlike any other, which means you don't need to fuss about to make it taste delicious. This recipe can be made with whatever vegetables you have in your fridge or pantry and within an hour, you've got yourself a tasty and healthy dinner on the table.


  • 4-5 potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika 
  • 280g Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Herbs, finely chopped (parsley, dill, basil)
  • 200 g Brussel Sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
  • 2 tbsp Butter


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Toss potatoes and brussel sprouts in olive oil with 2 crushed garlic cloves, paprika and salt and pepper. Place in oven for 30 minutes until golden.
  3. After 20 minutes of your veg cooking, marinate the salmon.
  4. In a bowl mix 2 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, a garlic clove that's been finely chopped and salt and pepper. Add the salmon into the bowl and coat.
  5. Place marinated salmon fillets in the pan and the remaining marinade, along with the butter and place it back in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking. To get the salmon and veg golden, change the setting to grill for the last 3-4 minutes.
