Southern Plains Organic beef is sourced from the wide open pastures of Southern Australia, a region internationally renowned for consistently producing high quality organic cattle in a natural environment. They partner with accredited organic farmers who pride themselves on being able to present Australia’s finest organic beef to the world. Year-round they purchase naturally grass-fed cattle which is free from added antibiotics and added hormones. AMG organic beef is processed at a state-of-the-art and export-registered processing establishment with access to most major markets globally. With naturally healthier cattle free to roam in the fresh air and feast on grasses which are free of chemicals or pesticides, they are able to prepare more flavoursome and tender beef.
