Warm and soothing and perfect for the change in season. Made using our whole organic chicken, this immune-boosting and heart-warming soup is perfect for making in bulk and freezing for last minute meals. We've paired this with classic flavours of carrot, celery, onion, bay leaf and thyme but you could add whatever you have in your fridge.Â
Our mission with this recipe was to make an easy pork belly ramen that didn't skimp on flavour and we can honestly say, we think we nailed it! The pork belly is firstly braised in a savoury marinade, with the rich juices adding the depth of flavour to the basic stock. The pork belly is then seared until crispy and tender and is served alongside Asian greens and a gooey egg.Â
Italian pork sausages, red and yellow peppers, and butter beans come together in this comforting trans-seasonal one-pan dish. Start the dish on the stovetop by sauteing the onion and peppers until soft, much like you would for a pepperonata, giving an extra layer of flavour before adding the sausages and finishing in the oven. Everything comes together in just under an hour, and best of all you can serve straight from oven to table. Enjoy with the leftover bread crusts (from making fresh breadcrumbs) to mop up the juices.Â
