Merguez is one of the great sausage traditions, and this is it in pastry. Made at our Richmond kitchen from Bultarra Saltbush lamb and Certified Organic beef, seasoned with the North African spices that give Merguez its heat and its colour.

Wrapped in all-butter puff pastry that bakes into feather-light golden layers.

Two per pack. The spiced one of the three.

Bake at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden and piping hot through.
