Organic Lamb Leg Roast

The roast that earns its place at the centre of the table. Raised on open pasture and saltbush country, which gives the lamb a mild, clean flavour that needs little more than good seasoning and time in the oven.

Roast it whole for a Sunday centrepiece, slow cook it until it falls apart, or carve the leftovers into sandwiches the next day. However you cook it, it delivers.

The lamb comes from Bultarra Saltbush Lamb. Certified Organic, free range and grass fed.
