Chicken sourced from organic certified farms. Given the high demand for poultry we are partners with farms that supply us with chicken, turkey and ducks.
One such farming family is Sarah and Fred Sterns of Bendele Farm located near Gympie (QLD). Bendele Farm is certified organic with ACO and maintains an extremely high standard of operation in order to produce higher-welfare flavourful poultry. Bendele Farm has been recognised several times in national food rankings, coming in as state finalists in the Delicious Food awards for their ducks.
