Organic Lamb Rack

One of the most impressive cuts you can put on the table. Cut from the first seven ribs along the backbone, tender, refined in flavour, and simpler to cook well than it looks.

Roast it or finish it on the grill. Serve it medium rare, rest it properly, and carve between the bones. A shiraz jus and you’re done.

The lamb comes from Bultarra Saltbush Lamb. Certified Organic, free range and grass fed.
