Organic Mint Sauce

A classic done properly. Made in-house using certified organic ingredients — apple, raw sugar, and white wine vinegar — then finished with fresh and dried mint for a sauce that's bright, herbal, and beautifully balanced.

The natural match for roast lamb, but versatile enough to go further. Spoon it alongside grilled meats and vegetables, or stir it through yoghurt as a fresh, herbal side. Clean acidity, plenty of freshness, and no shortcuts.
