This is a sausage roll worth getting excited about. Made at our Richmond kitchen from free range pork seasoned with classic Cumberland spices, with Stilton through it, wrapped in all-butter puff pastry that bakes into feather-light golden layers.

Two per pack and genuinely hard to share.

Bake at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden and piping hot through.
