Our Peri Peri Butterflied Chicken is prepared with our organic whole chickens which have been flattened so that they have a uniform thickness. This technique is used to allow for quicker, more even cooking.
We've marinated the butterflied chicken with our house-made peri peri marinade.
Serving Suggestion - 1.5kg: 2 - 4 people
Cooking Suggestion - Preheat oven to 180°C roast chicken skin side up for 40-45 mins.
