Great for broths!
There's no comparing these chicken bones to the ones you can buy at the supermarket. They're full of flavour and nutrient-dense, perfect for making stocks and broths.
For extra flavour and richness, try roasting the bones beforehand.
Serving Suggestion 800g: 500ml - 1.0 litre of stock
Cooking Suggestion - Bring to a boil and immediately reduce heat to bring the stock to barely a simmer. Simmer partially covered at least 4 hours, occasionally skimming off any foam that comes to the surface.
