Free Range Pork Rack

The pork rack is one of those cuts that earns its place at the centre of the table. Featuring a lean eye of meat with a layer of fat and skin, it stays moist and deeply flavoured throughout the roast while the scored fat crisps up into golden, shattering crackling.

Free range pork, french trimmed, bones left on. Carve between the bones and every person gets a cutlet.

2kg piece serves around 6 to 8 people.

Where does the pork come from

Our pork comes from a family-owned, free-range farm in Queensland. The farm is APIQ certified free range and carbon neutral. The pigs are raised without hormones or synthetic chemicals, using rotational grazing and high animal welfare standards, with no sow stalls or farrowing crates.
