Our Certified Organic, Free-Range, Grass-Fed Porterhouse Roast is a true classic, tender, lean, and full of flavour. Cut from the loin of the animal (also known as sirloin or striploin), it’s a beautifully balanced roast with a generous layer of fat along the top to lock in moisture and enhance its rich, beefy taste.

As it roasts, that natural fat slowly bastes the meat from top to bottom, keeping it tender and juicy while developing a golden crust and deep, savoury flavour. Perfect for Christmas lunch, Sunday roasts, or any meal worth celebrating.

Recipes / Cooking Instructions +

Preheat oven to 200c and sear in a hot pan before putting into the oven.

Rare 55c – 60c - For every 500g cook for 20 – 25 minutes.

Medium 65c – 70c - For every 500g cook for 25 – 30 minutes.

Well done 75c - For every 500g cook for 30 – 35 minutes.

Important to rest after cooking.
