Our free range pork belly is in a class of its own. This cut is richly marbled and built for the kind of cooking that rewards patience. Depending on where it is cut is either contains bones or sometimes can be boneless.
Roast it low and slow for melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, then crank the heat for a crackling that shatters. Smoke it for a BBQ centrepiece or braise it for a rich, savoury result that falls apart at the touch of a fork. However you cook it, it delivers.
How much does it serve?
1.5kg piece serves around 4 to 6 people.

Where does the pork come from
Our pork comes from a family-owned, free-range farm in Queensland. The farm is APIQ certified free range and carbon neutral. The pigs are raised without hormones or synthetic chemicals, using rotational grazing and high animal welfare standards, with no sow stalls or farrowing crates.
