Italian Pork Sausage

This is a sausage built for the kitchen. Made in-house using regenerative pork and organic beef, coarsely ground and seasoned with fresh garlic, parsley, and chilli flakes — it's bold, fragrant, and exactly what a proper Italian sausage should be.

Slice it through a pasta sauce, crumble it over a pizza, or cook it whole and serve it with a simple salad. However you use it, it adds a depth of flavour that's hard to replicate with anything else.
