What's the best proportions to avoid waste, while still being generous? When can I get a delivery? When do pre-orders close?

Festive Season 2023

Opening Date: Orders open on Wednesday, November 6th, 2023

Closing Date: Orders close on December 15th, 2024

Pickup Dates:

    • December 13th, 14th & 15th

    • December 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th

Delivery Dates:

    • December 13th, 14th & 15th

    • December 20th, 21st, 22nd

Adding/Adjusting Items: Possible until December 15th, subject to stock availability

Removing Items: Possible until December 15th

Cancellations:

    • Before December 2nd: Full refund

    • After December 2nd but before the 15th: 50% refund

    • After December 15th: No refund or credit

Pickup Changes: Can change date or location before orders close

Delivery Changes: Address changes need 2 days notice before delivery

Shelf Life: Our main Christmas delivery period runs from December 20th to December 24th. Earlier delivery dates are available if needed, however please note that products delivered before these dates may have use-by dates that fall before Christmas Day. For early deliveries, we recommend freezing your items and defrosting them for Christmas Day to ensure freshness
