Starting November 14th, there will be a 7-day lead time for items from the Christmas collection. Deliveries for the Christmas collection will commence on November the 21st. All deliveries need to be made via the Hagen's website.
You can pick up your orders on these dates:
Saturday 16th & Sunday 14th of December.
Thursday 21st, Friday 22nd, Saturday 23rd, Sunday 24th of December.
The Christmas list delivery dates are:

Yes, you can add an item or adjust as long as the product is in stock and it's before orders close off on 17th of December.

Cancellations before the 3rd of December will receive a full refund. Any cancellations after the 3rd of December will receive a 50% refund.
Yes, we can change the pick up date or location as long as it's before orders close.
Yes, this needs to be communicated at least 2 days prior to delivery to ensure that communication is sent to our delivery service correctly.
Yes, we pack all our Christmas orders with Christmas Day in mind.
