Opened in 2012, the space in Richmond allows us to take on projects that need space and specialised equipment (like making our Christmas hams, house-made terrines and roast stuffings!). Managed by David Morse with Robert Mohammad, Hagen’s Richmond is where the small goods magic happens. Each of our Christmas hams are netted, cured and smoked by-hand by our Richmond team.
The Richmond Dispensary is also where we hold most of our butchery classes, where we invite students to join us in the boning room for a demonstration and hands-on experience of butchering your own meat.
Hagen’s Richmond does not operate as a store. Richmond is also the heart and soul of Oliver Hagen’s football team – we’d paint the town in yellow and black if we could.
