Organic Chicken Stock

Good stock is the foundation of good cooking. Made in-house by our smallgoods team using certified organic chicken bones and carcasses from Bantry Organic, our chicken stock is slow-simmered for a rich, deeply flavoured base that lifts everything it goes into.

Use it as the base of a soup, stew, or risotto, pour it over a roast as a braising liquid, or sip it warm on its own. However you use it, it's a step up from anything that comes in a carton.
